Information We Collect 2.1 Social Login Data We do not collect personal data directly. Instead, we utilize social login services (Google, Apple, Kakao) to authenticate users. We do not store or use any personal data from these social platforms.

2.2 Face Data Our app provides a face-based photo search feature that helps users find photos of themselves in event and crew photo albums.

(a) Photo Upload and Facial Feature Analysis When a photographer uploads event photos to the platform, facial feature information is automatically extracted from the photos for the purpose of enabling face-based photo search. This facial feature information is stored on our servers and is used solely for matching users to their photos.

What is processed: Facial feature information extracted from uploaded event photos. • Purpose: To enable users to search for and find photos of themselves in event/crew photo albums. • Storage: Facial feature information is retained on our servers for as long as the corresponding photo remains on the platform. When a photo is deleted, the associated facial feature information is also deleted. • Third-party sharing: Facial feature information is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties. All processing occurs within our own cloud infrastructure.

(b) Selfie-Based Photo Search To use the face-based search feature, users take a selfie using the front-facing camera. The selfie photo is sent to our cloud server where it is compared against the facial feature information described in Section 2.2(a).

What we collect: A single selfie photo captured by the user via the front-facing camera. • How it is used: The selfie is used solely for real-time facial similarity matching to find photos of the user in event/crew photo albums. The app does not use ARKit, Vision framework, TrueDepth camera, or any on-device face analysis technology. • Storage: The selfie image is not stored on our servers. It is used only for real-time processing and is discarded immediately after the search results are returned. No selfie data persists on the device or on our servers after the search is complete. • Third-party sharing: Selfie data is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties. All processing occurs within our own cloud infrastructure.

How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect in the following ways: • To authenticate users through social login • To extract facial feature information from uploaded event photos for search purposes • To provide face-based photo search functionality, allowing users to find their photos in event and crew albums using facial similarity matching
Sharing Your Information We do not share your personal data or face data with any third parties. Your information is used solely for the purposes described in this policy. All face data processing is performed within our own cloud infrastructure.
Data Retention • Social login data: We do not store personal data from social login platforms. • Facial feature information (from uploaded photos): Retained for as long as the corresponding photo exists on the platform. Deleted when the photo is removed. • Selfie photos: Not retained. Used for real-time matching only and discarded immediately upon completion of the search.
User Rights and Deletion Requests • Users are prompted to provide consent before using the selfie capture feature. The face-based photo search is an optional feature that requires the user to actively initiate it. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the app settings. • Any person whose likeness appears in a photo on the platform may request deletion of that photo and the associated facial feature information. Deletion requests can be made through the in-app report function or by contacting us at [email protected]. • Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will remove the photo and its associated facial feature information in accordance with applicable laws, including the Information and Communications Network Act (Article 44-2).
Legal Basis for Processing Photos on the platform are taken by photographers at public sporting events (marathons, cycling, etc.) held in open public spaces. Participants in such events voluntarily engage in public activities in locations open to the general public. The processing of facial feature information from these photos is conducted for the legitimate purpose of providing a photo search service to event participants.
